At the beginning of the month, we sent out a Customer Service Survey asking you how you saw our company and what improvements we could make.  We appreciate each of you who took the time to complete the survey and want you to know how valulable your feedback has been. 

 

Plans are already underway to make improvements where necessary, but of particular mention is how high we rated in being knowledgable and professional.  You know, service is such a part of what we do, that we made it our company’s #1 Core Value.   
 
Of course, we relize that we can’t take any of the feedback for grantid and assure you, we are committed to consistantly looking for ways to improve our service levels. That includes the manner and frequency in which we communicate to you.
